Previty is founded and led by a triple board-certified physician executive , Dr. Tanya Phares, with over 25 years of experience spanning managed care, public health, and health system leadership. Clinical credentials include board certification in Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine, with executive training as a Certified Physician Executive (CPE).
The clinical leadership behind Previty has served as a founding Chief Medical Officer for a health plan, led NCQA accreditation efforts, conducted research for the CDC, developed national preventive health guidelines, and managed population health programs at county scale. This depth of systems-level, executive, and clinical experience is what makes Previty's advisory work and algorithm development substantively different from technology-first approaches.
